The Boston Bolts are incredibly proud to celebrate alumnus Miles Robinson, a prominent defender who began his remarkable journey right here with our club. Hailing from Arlington, Massachusetts, Miles honed his foundational skills within the Boston Bolts youth system from U12, showcasing early on the talent and dedication that would propel him to the highest levels of professional soccer. His time with the Bolts, including a stint with our semi-professional outfit FC Boston in the Premier Development League, laid the groundwork for a truly impressive career.
After a standout collegiate career at Syracuse University, Miles was drafted second overall in the 2017 MLS SuperDraft by Atlanta United. He quickly established himself as a dominant force in Major League Soccer, earning MLS Best XI honors and winning an MLS Cup and U.S. Open Cup. Miles has also become a vital component of the United States Men’s National Team, playing a crucial role in winning the Concacaf Gold Cup and multiple Nations League titles. Currently anchoring the defense for FC Cincinnati, Miles Robinson continues to inspire the next generation of Boston Bolts players with his consistent excellence and unwavering commitment to the game.
