Lexington ADP Session 1 – Saturday

The Advanced Development Program (ADP) is designed for players who want to train in an academy-level environment and challenge themselves individually.

Training sessions focus on improving speed of play, technical ability, and comfort on the ball while giving players the opportunity to experience what it takes to compete at the next level for their age.

Players should be committed to the game and have a strong desire to develop and improve. The program is open to U8–U14 players.

Dates: Saturdays — November 14, 21 & 28; December 5 & 12

Times:
11:00 AM–12:30 PM — U8–U10
12:30 PM–2:00 PM — U11–U14

Schedule Change for November 14 Only:
12:30 PM–2:00 PM — U8–U10
2:00 PM–3:30 PM — U11–U14
