Romero Dias

Originally from Brazil, Romero brings a diverse and high-performance coaching background to the Boston Bolts. A former Development Academy player who went on to compete at the collegiate level with Florida Atlantic University (FAU), Romero’s journey through elite youth environments has shaped his understanding of the modern player pathway.

Romero has worked in professional academy settings, including Orlando City SC and Inter Miami CF, and has held leadership roles at both the academy and club levels. His experience spans player development, performance analysis, and staff leadership, allowing him to connect long-term development objectives with the daily training environment.

As Regional Director, Romero is committed to building a structured environment that aligns with the Bolts’ standards. His focus is on elevating community engagement, strengthening player pathways, and ensuring that every athlete—across all levels—receives a purposeful and development-driven experience. Driven, detail-oriented, and growth-minded, Romero is dedicated to helping the Bolts continue to raise the bar within Massachusetts and beyond.
