Celtic Women's Head Coach Leads Training Session For Bolts Girls!
Glasgow Celtic Women’s Head Coach David Haley Delivers Practice Session For Boston Bolts Metro North Girls
LEXINGTON MA – The Boston Bolts Metro North region was proud to welcome Glasgow Celtic Women’s Head Coach David Haley to training on Monday, October 30th as he delivered a practice for the Boston Bolts U13 Girls Metro North Elite team. The session took place at Minuteman High School in Lexington. While the weather made Coach Haley feel at home, the rain did not dampen the spirits of the Bolts girls.
Coach Haley put the girls through their paces with a wonderful session focusing on pace and purpose. Our girls got to showcase their wonderful 1v1 and 2v1 abilities in both attack and defense. Coach Haleys attention to detail and warm personality ensured that our girls got both a positive and world class coaching experience!
Coach Haley, a native of Glasgow, Scotland, holds his UEFA A coaching License and has coached at Glasgow Celtic throughout his entire career. Coach Haley returns to Glasgow to see his Celtic side resume their season after the Women’s International break with a trip to Dundee United on November 5th.
Boston Bolts Girls Director Shane O’Sullivan was full of praise. “The ability to bring in a coach of David’s background to run a high intensity session for our girls is an experience they will never forget. This also demonstrates the ambition and absolute commitment that the Boston Bolts have towards the continued growth and development of our girls’ program.”
